2.0 Convection
Convection is a process of heat transfer in which the heat is transferred by the actual movement of molecules of the material.
When water is kept in a vessel and heated on a stove. The water at the bottom of the vessel gets heated up by conduction and that water molecules goes to top of the vessel, due to the decrease in density of the water. The heat is transferred to the top of the vessel by the actual movement of the molecules.
If the same process is done due to pump or something, it is known as forced convection.
