10.0 Aircraft-wind problem

Aircraft-wind problem is also same as the river-boat problem.

Wind $ \leftrightarrow $ River
Aircraft $ \leftrightarrow $ Boat

$v_B:$ Absolute velocity of boat
$v_{BR}:$ Velocity of boat wrt river or actual capacity of boat engine to produce this velocity
$v_R:$ Velocity of river
$v_A:$ Absolute velocity of aircraft
$v_{AW}:$ Velocity of aircraft wrt wind or actual capacity of aircraft engine to produce this velocity
$v_W:$ Velocity of velocity of wind
We know, $${\overrightarrow v _{BR}} = {\overrightarrow v _B} - {\overrightarrow v _R}$$$${\overrightarrow v _B} = {\overrightarrow v _{BR}} + {\overrightarrow v _R}$$Similarly, $${\overrightarrow v _{AW}} = {\overrightarrow v _A} - {\overrightarrow v _W}$$$${\overrightarrow v _A} = {\overrightarrow v _{AW}} + {\overrightarrow v _W}$$
Note: All the cases of river-boat problem is applicable in aircraft-wind problem also.
