Fluid is a substance which can flow and deforms continuously under the application of a shear stress no matter how small the shear stress may be.
Fluids includes both liquid and gas.
In this chapter we will study about the liquid.
Hydrostatics: It is the branch of physics which deals with the study of liquid at rest.
Hydrodynamics: It is the branch of physics which deals with the study of liquid in motion.
