Structure of ${H_2}{O_2}$:
It has non-planar open book like structure (skew structure). It is the smallest molecule known to show restricted motion.
${H_2}{O_2}$ has skew structure in gas phase as well as in liquid phase. In gas phase the dihedral angle is ${110^ \circ }30'$ and in solid phase at $110\ K$, the dihedral angle is ${90^ \circ }2'$.
