A square matrix is called skew symmetric ${a_{ij}} = {a_{ji}}$ for all values of $i$ and $j$ or $ A'=-A$
Example:
$A$ = $\left[ {\begin{array}{c} 0&h&-g \\ -h&0&f \\ g&-f&0 \end{array}} \right]$ = $ - {A^T}$
Hence $A$ is a skew symmetric matrix
